On Wednesday, Julia Robert reminisced some of her past roles with James Corden during the episode of “The Late Late Show” hosted by James Corden.
The “Role Call” segment began with Corden inquiring of Roberts if she was prepared to start to which she responded “As ready as i can be” before the rapid rounds of 26 short skits in 10 minutes were launched.
“Notting Hill” was the first followed by some popular movies of Julia such as “Pretty Woman,” “Erin Brockovich” and “Flatliners” quickly changing costumes and props.
In a skit for “Ocean’s 11 and 12”, spruced up in a wig with a cup was Corden, he had with him a bottle, and two dolls strapped to him.
Roberts confused asked him what he was doing, he responded
“I’m acting as George Clooney. with the coffee and tequila and a with these,” he said, referring to the baby dolls.
Julia’s Next Movie
One skit had Corden crying and being comforted by Roberts. Roberts told him he wasn’t ugly to which he responded .
“I’m aware I’m not! Who said I was?” Roberts revealed later that the scene was an extract of latest movie “Wonder,” to be released on Nov. 17.
The segment was ended with a reenaction of the movie “My Best Friend’s Wedding” by the duo, they also sang a duet, “I Say A Little Prayer.”
Others to have participated in the show include Tom Cruise, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Samuel L. Jacksons, Tom Hanks and Matt Damon.
