Cristiano Ronaldo has stated that he doesn’t think he is a galactico but knows he will go down in history as one of the greatest players in Real Madrid.

Cristiano Ronaldo had netted 40 goals for Real Madrid this season in all competition, which has helped the team win their first league title in 5 years and they are also on the verge of winning their second Champions League title in a row.

Ronaldo scored from the spot during the penalty shootout that handed Real Madrid the Champions League title last season and also scored in the Champions League final in 2014, which handed them their 10th Champions League title.

But in spite of this lofty achievements, Ronaldo doesn’t believe he is a galactico and has not made any special preparations that will make it easier for him to break through the defense of Juventus and their legendary keeper, Gianluigi Buffon.

“I’m not a player who focuses on videos because I believe that things happens and comes naturally. Although it’s vital to get a few important information about the other team. But I don’t think it’s necessary to obsess on video playbacks”,

“For instance, when you about take penalties, you don’t think which side you want to focus on because it all happens in a moment and it may not go the way you planned before you step up”.

“I’m not scared to take a penalty in the final because I love to take this kind of risk. It’s a risk that is calculated and not about life or death. I either miss or score”.

“But I’m sure I won’t miss. You need to be positive because that’s what differentiates good players from very good players”.

“I have created a lot of history with Manchester United, Real Madrid and the national team. But I don’t think that I’m a galactico.”
