A woman who worked as a cook for Sean John Combs, known as Diddy, accused the American rapper and singer with serving post-sex meals while Combs is naked. When complaining, the woman was fired.

Lawsuit

Cindy Rueda filed the lawsuit on Monday claiming that she was hired in January 2015 to work for Combs as a chef during the weekends. In September, she started working as full-time for.

Allegedly, Rueda says that she complained to the estate director for Combs Stacy Friend about working with Combs. Rueda complained of being “regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.”

That’s not all as Rueda continues and says that she would often found “Mr. Combs was naked and [he] made comments about his body” and asked her if “she was attracted to or liked his naked body.”

Even after complaining, Rueda claims that she was “lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and ultimately terminated.”

According to the complaint, Combs’ executive housekeeper, Iris, “salvaged” unwanted items in the house until one day she found a watch in the trash and gave it to Rueda. Shortly after that, the chef was accused of robbery.

Accusations

“In the days following, Plaintiff was accused of theft and told that she would not be prosecuted if she returned the watch and signed a waiver of all rights and claims against Defendants,” the complaint said.

No one of Combs’ representatives commented on the lawsuit.

The chef was fired on May 2016, one year before she filed her lawsuit. A lawsuit that accuses Combs of sexual harassment and negative work environment. Rueda is requesting undisclosed damages.
